This policy describes how the FMoIP website (fmoip.com) handles information. It does not cover the FMoIP mobile apps, which have their own privacy practices.

We do not store your personal data

We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data. We do not have user accounts and do not gather names, emails, or other identifying information from you.

Data stored in your browser

The following are stored only in your browser (localStorage). We never receive or store this data on our servers:

Favorites: URLs of stations you mark as favorites
Last country: Your last selected country for quick reload
Language: Your language preference

Automatic country selection

On first visit, we may use your IP address to suggest a country based on your approximate location. This request is sent to ip-api.com, a third-party geolocation service. Your IP is not stored on our servers. We do not control how ip-api.com handles or retains this data.

Streaming

Audio is streamed directly from the radio stations' servers to your browser. We do not relay, proxy, or process the audio. Your connection for playback goes straight to the station's stream URL.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Radio Browser API: Public station data (names, stream URLs, countries).
ip-api.com: IP-based country lookup for automatic country selection.
Google AdSense: Advertising on the website. Google's Privacy Policy and advertising policies apply.

Radio station content

We do not create, host, or control the audio or content from radio stations. All programming is the responsibility of the respective broadcasters.
